Assistance whilst visiting the archive
Visiting and researching whilst at the archive is free. Access is strictly by appointment and will be supervised by one of the volunteers. Photocopying is charged at 10p per A4 sheet.
Research Service
If you are unable to attend the archive in person but have a project you feel may benefit from the resources available at LAGNA then we can conduct the research on your behalf. Fees for this service are outlined below.

Research Service Terms and conditions
Fees are inclusive of photocopying (up to 20 copies) and all postal charges. Additional copies are charged at 10p per copy. LAGNA will conduct up to a maximum of 5 hours of research per topic due to a demand on resources. If additional research is required on a single topic then a new application for research time should be made. In the unlikely event that LAGNA is unable to find any relevant material relating to your topic after 2 hours then research will cease and you will be contacted and billed for the minimum fee. If you want LAGNA to continue the research up to the 5 hour limit regardless then this will be honoured and charged in the normal way. LAGNA will advise (if possible) where research material is unlikely to be found before work commences.
Guest Speaker and Presentation Services
LAGNA has a series of presentations available for your event or function. All presentations are conducted via the use of powerpoint slides and a guest speaker. A list of current presentations available will be listed soon.
LAGNA charges £50 for this service along with all travel expenses. In the unlikely event that an overnight stay is required accommodation expenses will be charged also.
